"Advocating for the children of Marshall County, one child at a time." CASA is an organization of trained volunteers who work with abused/neglected children who have been declared in need of services by the court system. These trained men and women from the community spend time with the child, talk to those involved in the case, and share their findings and recommendations with the judge. No special background or education is necessary but training is provided to become a CASA volunteer. To find out more, contact Chastity Keller - CASA of Marshall County, 211 W. Madison Street, Plymouth, IN 46563, 574-935-8723.
