Brad A. Serf, CPCU, has joined Gibson Insurance Group as an account executive responsible for providing risk management and insurance services to business clients. Serf began his insurance career as a claims representative with Aetna Property & Casualty. He later held various positions with EBI Companies including accident prevention consultant, client manager, and accident prevention manager. He became branch vice president shortly after Royal & SunAlliance acquired EBI Companies. Serf holds a bachelor of science degree in public affairs from Indiana University and a master of business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Serf grew up in Plymouth, and now he is returning to the area, by working in the Gibson office.
City of Plymouth - Water Department
The Yellow River is an exceptional natural resource for our area. Water quality is good in most places, however, around some urban and agricultural areas in the watershed, excessive contaminant inputs from stormwater runoff exists. The City of Plymouth has been involved in a study to locate contaminant sources and investigate ways to reduce them. To learn what they have discovered and learn how improvements can be made:
