Ancilla College has designed an accelerated associate degree program with a concentration in business administration for today's busy working professionals. The accelerated format of five weeks per class shortens classroom time to over half that of a traditional associate degree course, which consists of 16 weeks. The new program will be offered by the College beginning August 26. The accelerated program begins with a six-course Business Administration Certificate equaling 19 credit hours followed by an 18-credit hour Business Administration Advanced Certificate. The associate degree in Business Administration requires an additional 30 credit hours. These classes will meet once a week from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at off-campus locations in Lakeville and Warsaw. Interested individuals are invited to attend informational meetings at Ancilla College in Room 242 on Friday, July 11, 2003, at 1:00 p.m.; at the Operating Engineers Union Hall at the corner of US 31 and SR 4 on Thursday, July 24, 2003, at 6:30 p.m. or at the Kosciusko County Community Foundation, 102 E. Market Street in Warsaw on Thursday, July 31, 2003, at 6:30 p.m. Those who are unable to attend one of the three information sessions may contact the Office of Enrollment Management at 1-866-ANCILLA or 574-936-8898, ext. 341. Dear Fellow Chamber Members:
The Older Adult Services' golf outing is the final outing of the local golf season. As a business leader you are given the task to choose which outings you can and will participate in and support. Please plan to include our outing for the 2003 season. All the dollars raised are use exclusively for our Transportation Program. Past proceeds have been used to purchase vehicles by leveraging state grants. Marshall County Older Adult Services is the only non-profit transportation provider in Marshall County. We provide transportation for seniors and handicapped individuals all over Marshall County. Please mark your calendar for September 13, 2003-The Older Adult Service Golf Outing. It will be held at the Plymouth Country Club and will include lunch and refreshments. It will be a great day of golf and an opportunity to directly support a vitally needed service here in our county. So mark that date in your planner, Saturday, September 13, 2003 at the Plymouth Country Club. Entry Form Printout
