  Can Your Business Help?

The Boys & Girls Club of Marshall County currently provides sandwiches or snacks to between 30 to 50 children each day. Several local businesses already contribute food items to help meet the need, however, there is still a continuing need. Paul Grudis, Director of the Boys & Girls Club, offers the following suggestions for items that would be helpful:

1)  Donate $50 to pay for a month's supply of hot dogs.
2)  Catering businesses might donate leftover food that does not need preparation. (There are no kitchen facilities at the Club.) Suggested items are vegetable trays, fresh fruit, cheese and sandwich meat.
3)  A lodge or service club might prepare and serve a Christmas dinner for around 75 members.
4)  A business that has a large refrigerator might make it available to handle medium term storage of food products.

If you can help, please call Paul Grudis at 936-0660.
The Plymouth Chamber is the first
"Corporate Food Sponsor" for the Boys & Girls Club

Your Chamber Board recently voted to be the first "Corporate Food Sponsor" for a month of sandwiches at the Boys & Girls Club. A $50 donation, to be used to purchase hot dogs for a month is on its way to Paul Grudis. We are hopeful that other sponsors will come forward to assist the club.
