 Gibson Insurance Group located at 333 E. Jefferson St., Plymouth and with offices in South Bend, has been selected as a member of the Best Practices Study commissioned by the Independent Insurance Agents of America (IIAA). Thirty insurance agencies in each of six revenue classifications were selected based on nominations by industry executives. Gibson was part of the highest revenue classification. Each agency was studied by an independent consulting organization that identified those management practices that led to excellent performance standards. The results of the study have been published in a series of management aids known as the Best Practices Implementation Series. This is the second year Gibson Insurance Group has been selected for the study. Galt Studios located at 139 W.
