Just a reminder and a heads-up: All of us having facilities that have access to City sidewalks are responsible (a City ordinance at least 30+++ years old) for removal of the snow in front of the facility in which we work or live. This is obviously a safety issue, but also, for our businesses, making it easier for our customers to come in and visit is a good thing! And a very big Thank You to those who have stayed on top of this winter's snowfallllllll!

The Chamber often receives mail from fourth graders requesting information about Marshall County and Plymouth for their Indiana History classes. We recently received a request from a student from Leesburg School, Leesburg, Indiana, who, in the process of "making a scrapbook about my state, Indiana." offered the next paragraph which is a unique paragraph among the many requests we receive .... and we want to share it.
This fourth grader writes:
"I am learning that a Chamber of Commerce is an organization of citizens who invest time and money to develop and promote a community. These people work together ot improve the economy, and cultural well-being of the community."
