Terre Haute South Vigo's Garrett Fredrick signed a letter of intent with the Ancilla College men's soccer team, making him the second player to join the Chargers for fall 2007. Fredrick, a defensive midfielder, has spent the previous five years playing for coach John Stephens - four at the high school level and one at the club level. Fredrick served as captain for South Vigo this year, and plays in the off-season for the Terre Haute Flyers. 'Garrett is well built for the college game, and he certainly brings a strong presence about him, especially when going in for tackles,' said Ancilla head coach James Drzewiecki. 'He is a well-skilled player, and I really believe he'll do well for himself at the NJCAA Division 1 level.'
