ALL MEMBERS - PLEASE READ
In our continuing effort to make sure we have up-to-date information on our members with which to make appropriate referrals, we are asking all members, old and new, to check the two locations that we have information about your business.
One location to check you will receive the month before your membership anniversary month that would be your membership dues invoice. On the back of the invoice is the information we carry in our database. This helps us to know more about your business so that we may refer potential customers to you. Please make sure to update that information and send that paper back to us with your dues check.

| ALL MEMBERS we would like you to check your listing on the Chamber's website.
There are two ways surfers may find you on our site. One is alphabetically (meaning they already know your company's name) and the other is by 'key' words, (they are looking for 'widgets' and will find your company on that page with similar companies.) This 'key' word section has been in development this past year and we now need you to look it over and fill in 'the holes' we have missed.
Please look over the columns of words, choose the word you think fits your product or service and click to see if you are on the corresponding page. If not, please print out that page and send it to us with three key words that we may add to our list to link to your company.
For your listing, please check the following and, again, print out that page and send us any changes we need to make for you.
Check for:
- Business Name change
- Contact Name change
- Address change / do we have the correct mailing address AND the correct location address (if these are different)
- Phone Number change
- Fax Number change or do you even want it listed
- Is your web site linked
- AND-we do keep e-mail addresses private, but we have noticed that some may have e-mail addresses that would be advantageous for communication for your business. Do you want your e-mail address listed? If so, please print the page and send us that addition.
We want to get it right for you. We get numerous phone calls every day enlisting our assistance in the customer hunt for products and services. We also receive those same inquirers in e-mail form. We also receive compliments on our web site.
We want to make it the best it can be - FOR YOU!

- We have A NEW PLYMOUTH CALENDAR set up. It gives us immediate control over the entries and getting them set up on our website. Since it is on our website, it has public view-ability.
