Michigan Street in Plymouth would like to announce that beginning January 1, 1998 the museum will close on Sunday and will be open on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This will give people an opportunity to visit the museum on Saturday, and allow the research library to be open as well. ![]() The Boys & Girls Club of Marshall County located at 314 E. Jefferson Street in Plymouth would like to announce that beginning Friday, January 9th the Boys & Girls Club and the D.C. Youth Center will provide Friday night activities for Marshall County teens. From 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. the Boys & Girls Club will provide activities for teens, grades 6 to 8; and from 8:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., the D.C. Youth Center will provide activities for high school ages teens. ![]() Wiers Manufacturing, Inc. located at 2111 Jim Neu Drive in Plymouth is announcing the introduction of the Towmaster Sport, a new high-powered two vehicle designed to safely pull fifth wheel and gooseneck trailers of 14,000 lbs. gvw and above, with a maximum GCWR of up to 40,000 lbs. An optional 275 hp diesel engine is available for towing GCWR of up to 60,000 lbs. The 4-door Towmaster Sport will be available in the Spring of 1998. Tom Wiers stated that the Towmaster Sport was built in response to the demand for a value priced tow vehicle in the 14,000 lbs. gvw class and above, with the power and braking standards necessary to safely tow heavy fifth wheel and gooseneck trailers. The vehicle's design allows for easy maneuverablility through overhead canopy areas, mall parking lots, and in tough mountain passes. Wiers Manufacturing, Inc. is a second stage vehicle manufacturer.
