January 1998 Bill Schlosser is vice president of Plymouth Foundry, Inc. at 523 W. Harrison Street, Plymouth. The Plymouth Foundry has been a Schlosser family owned business since 1929, steadily growing into a complete casting and machined product facility, as well as becoming a leader in the implementation of computer technology. Ann Schlosser, Bill's wife works as a lab technician at Saint Joseph's Hospital of Marshall County. Bill and Ann have three daughters, Jennifer, Leah and Kristi. Dan Barden is the owner and manager of Grand Rental Station at 400 N. Kingston Road, Plymouth. Coming from the world of KMart, as general manager, Dan created and opened Grand Rental Station. This is a business which rents a variety of items ranging from fine china table settings, silver and glassware, popcorn and cotton candy machines to lawn care equipment - and just about anything else meeting your temporary need to get the job done. Lynne, Dan's wife, is a biology teacher with Union-North United Schools. Dan and Lynne have two sons, Chad and Michael. The family attends First United Methodist Church and Dan's hobby is biking. Dick Johnson is the owner of The Frame Shoppe and Box & Ship, both located at 109A N. Michigan Street in downtown Plymouth. Dick opened the Frame Shoppe in the early 80's for custom framing. He opened Box & Ship in November of 1996 and offers full service packaging and mailing with UPS. Just recently, Box & Ship has attained ASO (Authorized Shipping Outlet) status by UPS. Previously, Dick was a sales representative with American Greeting Corporation in Cleveland, Ohio. Dick is a former City Council member and has served as vice president on the Plymouth City Planning Commission. He is a Board member of the Marshall County Blueberry Festival and is a member of the Retail Merchants Association. Dick has a son, Robert and a daughter, Diane and four grandsons. Dick's hobby is woodworking. Jan Garrison is the public relations coordinator for Saint Joseph's Hospital of Marshall County at 1915 Lake Avenue, Plymouth. Jan is not new to the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce. He served on the Ambassadors/Membership Committee for a number of years. Jan also runs his own public relations business on a part-time basis called The Garrison Group, and he writes sports articles for the South Bend Tribune. Jan is a past city councilman, and is affiliated with the Marshall County Community foundation, the Alzheimer's Association, Northern Indiana Chapter and the Community Block Grant Advisory Committee, and REAL Services. Crissie, Jan's wife, is a facilities locator with Sprint here in Plymouth. Jan and Crissie have a son, Cameron and two daughters, Morgan and Keely. Jan's hobbies are golf and building golf clubs.
