General Vascular Surgery, PC, 2349 Lake Avenue, Suite 201, Plymouth, Dr. Mike Bittles is pleased to announce that Dr. David Reitter will be joining his practice August 1, 2000. Dave and his wife, Heather, and their three children are coming from Peoria, Ill, where Dave is finishing his residency in general surgery.

Leadership Marshall County has produced its fifth graduation class this past May. The total number of Marshall County graduates now stands at 75. The concept of developing a pool of leaders is being attained as Leadership Marshall County strives to identify, motivate and develop community leaders through education and skills development. Meeting one afternoon a month from October through May, classes cover Marshall County history, government, educational opportunities, economic development and cultural activities. Candidates for the 2000-2001 class need to have their applications submitted by July 30. Indiana University South Bend Off-Campus Program in Plymouth will offer an Elementary Spanish course this fall at Plymouth High School on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6 to 7:15 PM. This course is an introduction to Spanish and the Spanish speaking world. Students will learn basic structural language patterns and a functional vocabulary. Mary Alice Ruiz will be the instructor. Martin Buick Pontiac GMC has a new address. Moving from Jefferson Street to 2303 N. Oak Road will give Tim and Laura Martin the ability to expand from a local dealership to a regional market. The three- acre location adjacent to Wal-Mart will increase Martin's inventory to 250 vehicles and expand the service building to17,000 square feet.
