NEED A CHALLENGE?
A great opportunity to meet a new personal or corporate goal.
Do you feel like you're doing the same thing for every workout? Have you stopped working out and know you need to get started? Have you walked the same miles on the treadmill for three years? Are you getting bored and fighting to keep your workout routine alive? Are you staying disciplined but not seeing enough result? WOW! Fitness Forum has a challenge for you!
5K Kamp! This is for all ages . . . all fitness levels . . . all genders! How can "one size fit all?" Here's the scoop. 5K (kilometers) is 3.1 miles. This summer you can train to accomplish a new goal . . . to walk, jog, or run the 5K Blueberry Race. It's easy. 5K Kamp will train you. Whatever your fitness level is now, that's where you begin. The program will supervise your training and progress your fitness level until you are able to accomplish 3.1 miles. If you have never gone that far your goal may be to walk at a comfortable pace and finish. If you can already run 3.1 miles your goal may be to accomplish your personal best speed on race day.

Join the FUN. Meet the CHALLENGE. 5K Kamp has several goals:
1. To help you get out of a rut.
2. To challenge you safely beyond what you thought you could do.
3. To work towards a goal together with "fellow fitness fanatics."
4. To improve your fitness level.
5. To burn calories.
6. To give you a FREE T-shirt.
7. To experience race day together!
5K Kamp will meet 3 times each week from July 16th through August 31st. Race Day is Labor Day during Blueberry Festival, September 3rd. Sessions will include:
