Community Employment Services places individuals with disabilities into gainful employment. We can provide your business with reliable, enthusiastic employees to meet your personnel needs.

Community Employment Services staff supports and acts as a consultant for the individuals we serve, matching abilities and interests with employers. Each individual that we serve is carefully screened to determine an appropriate job match. This evaluation encompasses skill range, strength, weakness, and likes and dislikes, as well as interest.

Community Employment Services staff assists in training and will support the individual until the employer is satisfied with the employee's performance. Our staff works with the employer to provide the quality training needed, assuring the high standards that all businesses require. The jobs are specifically analyzed to facilitate training.

Community Employment Services staff follows through on each individual that we place at your company to measure your satisfaction. We complete a minimum of two personal follow-along visits per month for as long as that person in employed. When additional training or assistance is needed, Community Employment Services staff members are readily available and easily assessable to the employer.

Community Employment Services has provided services in the Northern Indiana area since 1989 and currently holds nationally recognized accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.

A Work Opportunity Tax Credit is available for many employers' who utilize our placement services. This tax credit is based upon the number of hours per year that the individual works for a particular employer. Please ask for details about this substantial tax savings for the employer.

Community Employment Services covers liability issues for our staff when training individuals on the job site. We also cover liability issues for our staff and the individual any time we perform a job at your facility.
