In addition . . . your entry fee ALSO includes admission to the Annual Chamber Picnic to be held on the evening of August 6.

The field is limited to the first 40 teams, so please complete the below entry submission form and return it to the Chamber no later than July 15.

Proceeds from the Golf Outing will once again be used to help support the Chamber-sponsored "Plymouth Pride Program" at Plymouth High School.

Full-Size Specimens Ornamental Specimens (may be used in locations where full-size trees are not suitable)

Sponsors may purchase trees for any city parkway or may elect to participate int he city's targeted neighborhood reforestation areas (call for information). Trees typically come balled & burlapped, 1 1/2" calliper and approximately 4-6' tall depening on specimen.

Price:   $100 for residential properties     $200.00 for commecial properties
