A Visit to Marshall County's Museum

The Marshall County Historical Society Museum is located in the old Lauer Department Store for men on the corner of Michigan and Garro in downtown Plymouth. The museum depicts the history of Marshall County from 1836 to the present. The main floor has various changing exhibits and the second floor has theme rooms such as a parlor, kitchen, doctor's office, tool room, entertainment, and many more. The lower floor is the museum's research library and an extensive Marshall County genealogy department. Museum hours are: Tuesday through Friday form 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and closed on county holidays. Admission is FREE!
