Music in the Park
Make your plans now to have fun, enjoy friends, listen to music and just relax from the weekday grind on Thursday evenings in July. Join the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce and Encore Performing Arts as they partner to bring you “Music in the Park” summer series. This new series of live concerts takes place at the Young Amphitheater located in Plymouth Centennial Park.

A variety of talented area bands will be showcased in July and August, beginning with the Chamber kicking off the first event with a picnic:

Ø July 8, Jassy Grazz, cross references coming from funk, reggae, classic rock, hip-hop, and a touch of jazz. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with performances to begin at 6:30 p.m. Do not worry about cooking, come early and enjoy a picnic in the park that you can purchase from the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce for a nominal fee. You will have a choice of sandwiches, chips and a beverage. Let the Chamber members do the grilling for you! (Look for details in the June “NewsMonth”)

Ø July 17, DJF, acoustic harmony of original music, contemporary, classic folk/rock and traditional ballads.
