Swan Lake Resort would like to congratulate Executive Chef Jeremy Sampsel for his recent accomplishment. Jeremy was invited to Chicago on October 5th to receive the 2001 American Tasting Award of Culinary Excellence presented by the National Board of American Tasting Institute. Swan Lake Restaurant is open to the public nightly from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. Currently under construction is their new public restaurant, which will open this spring.

Iota Nu will have a booth at the St. Michael's Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, December 1, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday, December 2, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM featuring the collectible 'Historical Sites and Buildings of Plymouth.' Iota Nu will have a very special presentation in the near future, honoring the Plymouth Fire Department in thanks for their sacrifices and tireless efforts to the Plymouth Community. Proceeds from Iota Nu events are donated into local scholarship funds and area, state and national care services funds.
