It was born out of the coordinated efforts of students from the Marshall County Leadership School, who saw the importance of aiding new Hoosiers who are unable to make a transition from their previous culture to their present one. -Heart & Hands has a variety of free services to help new Hoosiers. Whether it be English as a second language, citizenship classes, or any problem they can not resolve on their own.
