Delta Theta Tau Sorority, of Plymouth will once again be hosting their annual "Winter Wonder Walk" of five area homes on Sunday, December 5th from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. A.S.K. for Flowers and Felke Florist will assist the homeowners with their festive seasonal decoration. Tickets for this event will be available at A.S.K. for Flowers, Felke Florist, Treat's Squire Shop, or from any Delta Theta Tau member. All proceeds from this event go toward the sorority's scholarship fund.
Schoop's Restaurant, located at 1410 N. Michigan Street, celebrated 10 years of serving Marshall County on October 2nd. Hosting many events throughout the years, they said thank you to the community by having Ruth Morris play tunes with "Elvis" Quentin Flagg on October 3rd. They sincerely appreciate all the support and great customers that have entered through the 50's diner doorways. Thank you from Tom & Gloria Franko.
Damon's Restaurant, located at 2550 N. Michigan Street (in the Plymouth Ramada Inn) is proud to announce that Kevin Vanlue is their new General Manager. Kevin and his wife, Michele, and their three children, Kayla, Krista and Kyle, are from Plymouth. Kevin graduated from PHS and attended Manchester College and Ancilla College majoring in accounting. Kevin also has 10 years of retail experience to bring to his new position. Kevin would like to extend an open invitation to all the chamber members to call (941-2742) or stop in during the upcoming holiday season to get acquainted with him and Damon's banquet and catering services.
