Culligan Soft Water Service located at 326 E. Jefferson Street in Plymouth has been honored with the Winner's Circle Award from Culligan Water Technologies at the company's annual convention held recently in Hilton Head, Suth Carolina. According to Culligan, this award is given annually to Culligan dealers whose achievements exemplify the company's high standing in the water treatment industry. Joe and Bill Adams are very proud to receive this honor and are equally proud that as a franchised Culligan dealer, Culligan Soft Water Service has been serving the needs of this area for over 58 years. Saint Joseph's Hospital of Marshall County located in Plymouth is again offering a special "hands-on" course in sign language. "Are You Hearing What I'm Saying?" will feature interpreter Rebecca Buchan as the instructor. The course will consist of eight classes, beginning Monday, October 6, and running through Monday, November 24th. Each class will be two hours and begin at 6:30 p.m. All classes will be conducted in the hospital's Emergency Department Conference Room. There is a fee being charged to cover the cost of the program. Upon completion, the participants will be able to converse in sign language on a basic level. Those people who would like to register for this important class are urged to call ASK-A-NURSE at 936-9977. Registration deadline is Monday, September 29th.

Titus, Inc. a metal fabrication shop, offering such services as customization-rolling and onsite welding, is excited to announce the installation of a new C & G Systems Plasma Burn Table. This unique machine features an 8' x 20' water table which enables steel to be burned under water, preventing heating and warping the steel. Also cutting capacities from gauge steel to 2" thick plate and cutting speed from 0-300 inches/minute.
