The Bookworm, located at 2516 N. Oak Road, Pilgrim Place Shopping Center, in appreciation of their customer support, has extended a special return that is designed to help our schools purchase books for their libraries and classrooms. Now, as part of their "Partners in Reading" theme, a Bookworm customer may "Partner" with the school of their choice by placing their purchase receipt in a box especially set up for that school. Bare Impressions, located at 228 N. Water Street, is celebrating its 5th anniversary the week of November 8 thru 13. In June of 1994, owners, Doug and Chris Bare began offering their screen printing services to the community. Now five years later they are a full service custom store. Bare Impressions provides custom embroidery and screen printing for individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. Providing specialty items is also a large part of the Bares' business. Bare can assist in selecting prizes or incentives for employees or presents for clients. They are conducting a special sale, drawings for free prizes, t-shirts and other items will be given away to celebrate their 5th anniversary.
