Join us for our very first on-location Wild Rose Moon Radio Hour at South Bend's most iconic jazz club, Merriman's Playhouse! We will record our radio hour live at Merriman's and feature some of the club's favorite jazz musicians.

Merrimans' Playhouse was founded by Stephen Merriman and Mary Merriman, who began their Jazz Performance Series in December of 2006. It is a place to experience intimate, live jazz, providing cutting edge sonic art that is performed genuinely and consistently at a high level. It is artist-driven, and conducive to nurturing the art of improvisation, where the artists have the freedom to present their work to an appreciative audience, in a room designed to augment the dynamics of the music.

The Wild Rose Moon Radio Hour is hosted by George Schricker, airs on WVPE 88.1 on the first Monday of the month, and is live-streamed on the WRM YouTube channel.

Each episode features dynamic performances, exciting interviews with a special guest, and fun segments such as “Ask Rosie” and our famous audience-participation quiz show!
